1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RaoGPS Cam ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not install or use the Application.

2. Field Survey & GPS Accuracy Disclaimer

RaoGPS Cam utilizes device hardware GPS receivers, magnetic compass sensors, and barometric altimeters. GPS accuracy depends on environmental conditions, satellite visibility, atmospheric interference, and hardware quality. While the Application incorporates mock-location detection and stale-signal filtering, it should be used in conjunction with standard professional survey protocols for legal, construction, or land-boundary verification.

3. License & Ownership

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RaoGPS Cam for commercial and personal field documentation. All photos, notes, and metadata captured by you remain 100% your proprietary property.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

RaoGPS Cam Pro upgrades and lifetime licenses are processed via Google Play In-App Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via Google Play Store subscriptions at least 24 hours prior to renewal.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of RaoGPS Cam be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from hardware sensor inaccuracies, data loss, or reliance on geotagged photos.
